Brett Schorle

Brett Schorle has extensive experience in compensation and benefits roles. Brett is currently working as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at CLEAResult since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager of Global Compensation & Benefits at Sungard Availability Services from October 2020 to October 2021. From April 2019 to October 2020, they worked as the Global Rewards Manager at Godiva Chocolatier and also held the position of Rewards Manager from February 2017 to October 2020. Before that, they served as the Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Montgomery County Community College from September 2008 to February 2017. Brett's previous experience includes roles such as Coordinator of Benefits and Compensation at Signal Holdings, LLC. from August 2005 to September 2008, Benefits Specialist at Willis and CGI, Consulting Group Inc. from March 2000 to August 2005, and Benefits Specialist at Day & Zimmermann from 1998 to 2000.

Brett Schorle received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Philadelphia University in 1998. In addition, Brett obtained certifications in Employee Experience from LinkedIn in 2019, and in PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional) from HRCI and SHRM respectively in 2007.
