Carla Cozzi

Carla Cozzi currently serves as the Director, People Partner at CLEAResult since March 2024. Prior to this, Carla held various roles at Redbox Automated Retail, LLC from October 2014 to March 2024, including Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Business Partner, providing HR support for a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees. Carla's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at The Home Depot, where responsibilities included executing HR plans at a significant campus, and as a Multi-Site Human Resources Manager at UTi Worldwide Inc., focusing on personnel and labor relations programs. Carla began professional career as an HR Administrator at UTi Worldwide Inc., with key responsibilities in recruitment and employee relations. Carla holds a BA in Communication and Media Studies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
