Cynthia Hale

Cynthia Hale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract administration and procurement within the energy and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Agent at Talen Energy since July 2017, Cynthia has previously held significant roles including Contract Administrator for Compass Group, where responsibilities included managing high-value LNG contracts, and Site Contract Administrator for Kellogg Joint Venture - Gorgon, overseeing contracts for the Gorgon LNG Project. Additional experience includes positions at DynCorp International, DAI, KBR, Inc., and Raytheon, where Cynthia directed procurement efforts for various projects, including significant contracts supporting US military efforts and National Science Foundation operations in Antarctica. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Montana.
