David Huber

David Huber has a diverse work experience in various industries. David started their career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Engineering Officer, serving from 2004 to 2011. Following that, they worked as a Project Engineer - Alt Energy at BP from 2011 to 2013. David then joined Alcoa as a Refinery Department Manager, responsible for a $25M spend, from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they spent some time as a Traveler in New Zealand before joining Accenture as an Asset Performance Management Consultant, working until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, David worked at Aspen Technology as a Machine Learning Solutions Consultant. David then joined Hitachi Vantara as an APM Machine Learning Solution Architect in 2021 and worked until 2023. Currently, they are the VP of Business Development in the Carbon Practice division at CLEAResult, a position they have held since February 2023.

David Huber received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 2004. In 2009, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance at the University of Oklahoma, completing it in 2011. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University in 2012. In addition to their formal education, David holds certifications as a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional from the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals, and as a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt from the University of Tennessee Lean MRO Institute and the University of Oklahoma Lean Institute, respectively.
