Narayana S has over 13 years of experience in software development and Salesforce administration. They have worked in various roles, starting as a Software Consultant at Tech Mahindra. They later worked at Capgemini as a Software Engineer, and then at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Salesforce Admin/Developer. Narayana then joined Starbucks as a Sales Force and Lightning Admin, where they focused on Sales cloud, Service cloud, and Cloud marketing platforms. They also implemented Apex Triggers and Apex Classes for automation. After Starbucks, Narayana worked at Equifax Workforce Solutions as a Sr Sales Force Developer, where they provided recommendations, designed solutions, and created workflows. They then joined UnitedHealth Group as a Sr Sales Force Admin/Developer, where they worked on architecting technical solutions and configuring/customizing Salesforce. com. Narayana further expanded their expertise as a Lead Salesforce Developer at NGA Human Resources, an Alight company, where they designed technical solutions and implemented customizations. Most recently, Narayana worked as a Senior Salesforce Lightning Developer at Capital One. They upgraded apps from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience and customized apps to match organizational needs. Currently, Narayana is a Lead Salesforce Developer at CLEAResult, where they continue to work on Salesforce application setup and customization.

Narayana S has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Andhra University, obtained from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kakatiya University, completed from 1997 to 2000. In terms of additional certifications, Narayana S has obtained various Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
