Nicole Odenthal

Nicole Odenthal serves as the Senior Director of People Partners at CLEAResult, overseeing operations for over 2,300 employees across the US and Canada since January 2022. Nicole's experience within CLEAResult includes a previous role as Director of Human Resources from April 2012 to June 2019, as well as serving as Director of Human Resources for eic|Comforthome prior to its integration into CLEAResult. Earlier career positions include Benefits Administrator at QVC, Human Resources Administrator at ECORE, Human Resources Generalist at Clinique, and Sales Manager at Dan Ryan Builders. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Villanova University, an MS in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Hood College.
