Megan Sa Mps

Megan Sa MPS, HRER has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Megan is currently working as the Director, People Partners (US/CAN/EMEA) at Tekion Corp, where they are responsible for managing a team and supporting various business functions across multiple countries. Prior to this, Megan held the position of Senior Manager, People Partners (US/CAN/EMEA) at the same company.

Before joining Tekion Corp, Megan worked as a Senior Manager, Human Resources - Mobility at Permobil, where they oversaw HR operations at two sites and served as a trusted advisor to the local leadership team. Megan also gained experience as a Global Senior People & Culture (HR) Business Partner at Mindbody, supporting different departments within the organization globally.

Earlier in their career, Megan worked as an HR Business Partner at Sunrun, a Human Resources Generalist at the County of San Luis Obispo, and a Human Resources Assistant at Phillips 66. Megan also pursued higher education while working, obtaining a degree from the University of Phoenix.

Megan's extensive experience in various HR roles, including managing teams, supporting different business functions, and working with leaders at different levels, makes their a valuable asset in the field of human resources.

Megan Sa has a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employee Relations with a concentration in Employment and Labor Law from Penn State University. Megan also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts with a concentration in Business Finance from the same university.
