Nkolika Okeke

Nkolika Okeke, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of human resources and business systems analysis. Their most recent position was as a Principal Business Systems Analyst at CLEAResult, where they currently work. Prior to that, they served as a Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst at TEAM, Inc. in 2020. From 2014 to 2019, Nkolika worked at AIG as an HRIS Analyst, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation management, and benefits administration. Nkolika also has experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Helix Energy Solutions Group in 2013 and as a Human Resource Analyst Jr. at QTIS INC from 2011 to 2013. Through their roles, Nkolika has gained expertise in areas such as HRIS management, employee data entry, process improvement, and standardization of procedures.
