Steffanie White

Steffanie White has a strong work history with a diverse range of experiences. Steffanie worked at CLEAResult from 2012 onwards, starting as an Incentive Processing Center Lead and progressing to become a Principal IT Project Manager, Principal Business Analyst, and Solutions Delivery Consultant. Steffanie also held the position of Manager, Measure Configurations and Supervisor, Incentive Processing Center during their time at CLEAResult.

Before joining CLEAResult, Steffanie had their own business as an Advisor from 2003 to 2012. Steffanie advised entrepreneurs in various industries such as restaurants, micro-breweries, mortgage brokering, theater promotions, rental properties, newspapers, and non-profits. Steffanie was responsible for creating financial processes for start-up businesses and advising on bank and legal relationships.

Prior to their self-employment, Steffanie worked at ALPIS, LLC from 1993 to 2003 as an Executive. In this role, they were a partner in a $20 million tier I automotive truckload transportation company. Steffanie started at the lowest level of customer service and eventually rose to senior management. Steffanie played a key leadership role in various areas, including human resources, quality, sales, and served as a member of the board. Steffanie successfully managed relationships with corporate lawyers, accountants, and bankers.

Steffanie White attended Carleton College from 1988 to 1990, where they studied Biology, General. Steffanie then went on to Wayne State University from 1990 to 2003, obtaining a BA in Economics and Political Science. In 2002, they participated in an Executive Education program at the University of Michigan and in 2001, they completed the Minority Business Executive Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Additionally, in 1999 to 2000, Steffanie pursued Executive Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Steffanie also attended the Detroit Waldorf School from 1975 to 1984. Steffanie recently obtained a certification in Mentoring Others from LinkedIn in 2021.
