Jeremy Babinet

Principal Controls Engineer at ClearFlame Engines

Jeremy Babinet has been working as a Principal Controls Engineer at ClearFlame Engine Technologies since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Graduate Researcher at the University of Michigan from 2018 to 2021, where they worked on projects such as testing methods of knock reduction in GIDI engines, optimizing GIDI engines for cold start catalyst performance, and adapting a helical drivetrain for use on a 5KW diesel generator. Jeremy also served as a Student Athlete Ambassador, representing Michigan Athletics through customer service, education, and professional development.

Jeremy Babinet attended the University of Michigan from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. Jeremy continued their studies at the University of Michigan and obtained a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2021.
