Mary Sturza

Mary Sturza is an experienced professional with a strong background in cost engineering and project management within the agricultural and automotive sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Cost Engineering and Program Manager at Collaborative Supply Chains since April 2019, Mary specializes in managing collaborative open book cost engineering programs. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Lead Validation Engineer at Automotive Lighting, where compliance testing for headlights and taillights was conducted, and as a Quality Engineer at Tower International, focusing on PPAP creation and process improvement. Mary also has a history of real estate management and cost management in various engineering capacities at Lear Corporation. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, alongside an Associate’s degree from Macomb Community College.
