Nicola Ellis has over 30 years of experience in marketing and research roles. Nicola currently works as a Market Engagement Manager at ClearGlass. Prior to this, they were the Head of Research at INSTICUBE GmbH, where they led the Research Team and developed a platform for institutional asset owners to share intelligence about asset managers. Nicola has also worked as part of the Investor Team at IPE International Publishers and as a Marketing Manager at Deverill Ltd.
In addition, Nicola has worked as a freelance Marketing Consultant, providing strategic support to various clients such as De Beers Group and National Express. Nicola has also served as an Industry Expert at WARC and held positions as Marketing Director and Research and Planning Director at the Diamond Trading Company (De Beers Group) and DeBeers Group, respectively. Throughout their career, Nicola has been involved in developing and launching diamond jewellery brands, educating the market, and identifying marketing opportunities in various regions, particularly in Asia.
Nicola Ellis began their education at Godolphin School in Salisbury from 1975 to 1980. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities and Social Studies at Anglia Ruskin University from 1982 to 1985.
