Mr. Pacheco is a seasoned commercial banker with over 40 years experience in positions with Wells Fargo Bank, Sumitomo, California National Bank, ProAmerica and most recently with First Choice Bank. Mr. Pacheco also serves on the Board of Directors (Treasurer) of Special Services for Groups. Mr. Pacheco has been an active Clearinghouse CDFI Board Member since 2000 and also serves on the Loan and Asset Review Committees.
