Amanda Fields Schuler

Amanda Fields Schuler is a Vice President at Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and is based in Santa Monica, CA. Ms. Schuler joined Clearlake in 2017 and is focused on investments in software and technology-enabled services, healthcare IT and industrials, as well as the firm’s O.P.S.® initiative. She currently serves as a Director on the boards of Provation Software and FloWorks International, and is actively involved in the firm’s investments in American Construction Source and EagleView. Prior to joining Clearlake, Ms. Schuler worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in their Technology investment banking group and started her career as a management consultant at Stax, a global private equity consulting firm, where she specialized in M&A, due diligence, growth strategy, and portfolio operations. Ms. Schuler received her bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and her MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
