Monish Goyal

Monish Goyal serves as the Head of FP&A and Revenue Management at Clearlight Energy since January 2025, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp., where positions included Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Goyal’s expertise encompasses financial modeling, strategic planning, and management reporting, having successfully led annual budgeting processes and revamped internal reporting frameworks. Previous roles also include significant contributions to financial operations at Just Energy, Cannacord Financial, Johnson & Johnson, and Hamilton Health Sciences. Goyal holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from McMaster University, completed in 2011.
