DeeDee has recruited local IT and Marketing talent using personal network, candidate database, LinkedIn, job boards, etc. and has created pipeline of quality candidates and fostered relationships for future placement.
DeeDee has successfully filled both permanent and contract positions with clients in financial, software, and healthcare industries, as well as internal positions within Princeton’s project office. DeeDee has established and maintained quality recruiting process, including face-to-face interviews, technical testing, reference checks, etc.
DeeDee has participated in conference calls with hiring managers to gather and clarify requirements. DeeDee has also created quality job descriptions and postings. DeeDee has led and mentored both local and offshore recruiters, which included assigning tasks as well as advising on recruiting strategies, identifying quality talent, and interview techniques. DeeDee has also conducted annual performance reviews.
In addition, DeeDee has led daily recruiter meetings, discussing successes / challenges and redirecting focus. DeeDee has negotiated, presented, and closed offers. DeeDee has also conducted orientations with new hires. DeeDee is well-versed in federal and state employment laws.
DeeDee has also been one of a few employees nationwide selected to QA test a new website on PC, iPad, and Android. DeeDee achieved Presidents' Club every year as an individual contributor (top 10 nationwide).
DeeDee Griffin has a MBA in Information Systems, Finance, and Marketing from the University of South Florida. DeeDee also has a BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida. DeeDee is certified as a ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
