Joseph Belter has a diverse work experience. Joseph began their career in 2007 as a Summer Intern in Process and Equipment Technology at Procter & Gamble. The following year they worked as a Summer Associate in the Device Technology Lab at Medtronic. In 2009 they became a PhD Candidate in Mechatronics and Robotics at Yale University. In 2015 they joined ClearMotion as Director of the Fully-Active Suspension Actuator and later became the Principal Systems Engineer and Chief Engineer of Advanced Development.
Joseph Belter earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2008. Joseph then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) and Master of Philosophy (M. Phil) in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics from Yale University, which they completed in 2012.
