Alicia Hughes

Alicia Hughes has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over 19 years. Alicia most recently worked as a Human Resources Director at ClearOne Advantage and previously held the same role at ClearScale. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Director at Hotwire Communications Ltd. Alicia also worked at TriNet as a Sr. Human Capital Consultant, where they provided human capital services to clients. Alicia has experience as a Director of Human Resources at World Emblem and FirstService Residential Florida, where they implemented HR programs and strategies, managed areas of compliance, and conducted HR audits. Alicia also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Paychex and a Human Resources Field Representative at Strategic Outsourcing, Inc. Furthermore, they held positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Turnberry Associates and as a Human Resources Administrator/Recruiter at Aerotek.

Alicia Hughes completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish at Carthage College from 2000 to 2004.
