Stephanie Gatti

Stephanie Gatti currently serves as the Director of Negotiations & Legal Operations at ClearOne Advantage since March 2024, where responsibilities include managing settlement production, overseeing negotiation workflows, maintaining law firm relationships, and optimizing marketing initiatives. Prior to this role, Gatti held various positions at Strategic Financial Solutions NY, culminating as Director of Litigation Operations, where key accomplishments included managing relationships with multiple law firms, ensuring high settlement conversion rates, and automating document processing workflows. Gatti also gained valuable experience in the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General's Human Trafficking Department as an intern, focusing on outreach strategies and educational workshops. Earlier career experience includes an internship at Luongo, Levin & Associates LLC, where financial data management and client communication were primary tasks.
