Ralph has 30 years’ experience in math-based business and technology transformation. Previous roles included Strategy & Transformation Leader at IBM (Middle East & Africa), Senior Partner, head of Global Solutions & Innovation at KPMG Consulting, CEO of boutique Innovation Platform & Analytics company, Founder of Advisory firm focused on predictive analytics and ‘complex problems’ – working on difficult challenges in global businesses and the defense industries. His experience has included several years living in South Africa & Dubai, 18 months in South Korea and significant experience in Europe and AsiaPac.

He is the author of three books: Topple: The End of Firm-based Strategy and the Rise of New Models of Explosive Growth (May 2018), other two on Innovation (Jericho Principle) and Strategic Execution (Get It Done) and multiple articles on a range of topics – from new models of growth, beyond. Common threads to much of his work are amplifying the ‘faint signals’ of market shifts and implications on where you play and how you execute.
