Anderson Santos

Anderson Santos has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Anderson is currently working as the Head of New Venture and Business Trust at ClearSale since 2023. Previously, they served as the Head of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Sólides Tecnologia from 2021 to 2023. At Sympla from 2020 to 2021, they held the position of Product & Business Innovation Lead and successfully launched new products and business lines. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at RocketOn from 2018 to 2019, and as a Technical Co-Founder at Goldz from 2016 to 2017. Anderson also has experience as a Senior Business Analyst at Acelera MGTI from 2014 to 2015. Anderson Santos founded PreOnline in 2007 where they served as the CTO and Founder until 2009. Anderson began their career at Sites.Br as the CTO and Founder, where they managed operations and product development from 1999 to 2001.

Anderson Santos began their education in 2002 at Milford High School, graduating in 2003. Anderson then attended Centro Universitário UNA from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Network Engineering. In 2010, Anderson completed the Empretec program at Sebrae/ONU, focusing on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial studies. From 2012 to 2014, they pursued graduate studies in Business Administration and Management at Fundação Dom Cabral. In 2017, Anderson attended Harvard Business School Online and earned a certificate in Disruptive Strategy with Clayton Christensen, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Most recently, in 2022 and 2023, they studied Business, Product & Growth at Reforge, becoming a member of the program. Additionally, Anderson obtained certifications in Product Strategy and Growth Leadership from Reforge in November 2023 and April 2023, respectively.
