Filipe Souza

Filipe Souza has extensive experience in risk analysis and anti-fraud operations, currently holding the position of Bilingual Anti-Fraud and Risk Operator II at ClearSale since December 2017, where responsibilities include analyzing risks for international e-commerce clients and managing Chargeback controls. Previous roles at ClearSale involved similar anti-fraud analysis and compliance with service level agreements. Filipe's academic background includes a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of São Paulo and a specialization in Medical Entomology from the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation. Additionally, Filipe has experience in laboratory procedures and field research from earlier positions at Fundação Oswaldo Cruz and Fiocruz. An educational focus on Biological Sciences has been complemented by ongoing training in Data Science through the ONE Oracle Next Education Program.
