Heather Hairgrove

Heather Hairgrove has a diverse work experience. Heather currently works at Clearsense, LLC as the Director of Operations. Prior to this, they held the positions of Director of Continuous Improvement and Training and Change Management Executive at the same company. Before joining Clearsense, Heather worked as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Clearsense from June 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Centura Health as a Senior IT Project Manager from March 2019 to June 2021. From March 2014 to October 2018, they were the EPMO Operations Manager at SCLHS. Heather also worked at Exempla as an IT Project Manager from November 2010 to February 2014, and at SCL as an ICD 10 Project Manager from September 2011 to December 2013.

Heather Hairgrove obtained their MBA in Program Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they studied from 2003 to 2009.
