Jennifer O'Keefe

Jennifer O'Keefe has extensive experience in human resources and talent management roles. Jennifer is currently the Chief People Officer at ClearStar, Inc. Since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Total Rewards & Talent at Ciox Health (now Datavant) from 2020 to 2022.

Earlier in their career, O'Keefe held various roles at Mueller Water Products, beginning in 2007. Jennifer served as the Vice President Human Resources, Chief People Officer, and was a member of the executive leadership team. Jennifer was responsible for leading the organization's human resources and executive compensation functions. Jennifer also led human capital mergers and acquisitions activities and managed organization-wide human capital restructuring. Jennifer also completed the Labor Relations Program, specializing in Collective Bargaining and Interest Based Bargaining, at Cornell University ILR School. Furthermore, they are a Certificate of Creative Writing Candidate at Emory University. Jennifer has obtained multiple certifications, including Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and Strategic Talent Acquisition (STA) Certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Additionally, they hold certifications in Lominger Interview Architect and Lominger Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry.
