Katie Mahoney

Katie Mahoney has extensive work experience in operations and client service roles within the background screening industry. Katie started their career at SterlingBackcheck in 2004, where they held various roles including Verifications Manager and Associate Director of Operations. Katie then joined Sterling Talent Solutions in 2013 as a Product Solutions Specialist. In 2015, Katie became a Product Manager at Sterling Talent Solutions. Katie later moved to Employment Screening Resources (ESR) in 2018, where they held the position of Director of Operations and Client Service before being promoted to Associate Vice President of Operations and Client Service in 2021. Currently, Katie is working at ClearStar, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations & Client Service. In 2023, they will transition to the role of Vice President of Global Operations.
