Marc Smookler is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations, entrepreneurship, and investment. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at CLEARSTEM Skincare, Marc also holds the position of Managing Partner at Phoenix.co, where the focus is on building and revitalizing brands. As the Founder and Board Member of Sake Social, Marc has established a significant online presence for premium Japanese sake in the U.S. In addition to roles at Capital Factory and Techstars, Marc has been instrumental in advising and investing in various startups, demonstrating a commitment to nurturing early-stage companies. Marc's previous ventures include founding IdealSpot and serving as a strategic advisor to VidGrid, both of which were acquired, showcasing a successful track record in the tech sector. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
