Markus Buschky has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Markus started their career in 1999 as a Software Developer at Pironet NDH and later worked as a Software Developer at graphodata AG. In 2002, they joined CONET Solutions GmbH, where they held positions as a Network System Engineer, Software Developer, and Sap Solutions Architect. In 2010, Markus joined Deutsche Börse as a Solutions Architect and later served as a Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager. Markus also worked as a Program Manager for the SAP transformation program at Deutsche Börse, successfully implementing corporate process migrations. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Care and Revenue Management at Clearstream, leading a diverse international team of IT experts.

Markus Buschky completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Science from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences in the years 2000 to 2004. Markus then pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Information Technology at Cologne University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle, Zeugnis nach Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung, and ITIL Expert in IT Service Management, among others.
