Marla Hiken Phr

Marla Hiken, PHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Marla is currently the Director of Human Resources at Clearview Group, LLC since June 2021. Prior to this, Marla held various positions at The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore, including Director of Talent Management from May 2018 to June 2021, Talent Acquisition Manager from July 2014 to May 2018, HR Benefits Associate from July 2012 to July 2014, Human Resources Coordinator from February 2010 to July 2012, and Human Resources Intern from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Benefits Intern at AssuredPartners from 2008 to 2010.

Marla Hiken, PHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, from Towson University. In 2012, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). In December 2019, Marla achieved the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
