Lainey Miller

Lainey Miller serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at ClearView Healthcare Partners since May 2022, focusing on the recruitment strategies within the life sciences consulting sector. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Talent Acquisition at Burlington Stores, Inc., enhancing team growth through innovative processes. Lainey also led recruiting efforts at Huron at both national levels for diverse practices, and held managerial positions in legal recruitment at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Additional experience includes roles in recruiting and HR analysis at Foley & Lardner LLP, Altheimer & Gray, and Kearney. Lainey holds a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies, with a certificate in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
