Mario Alberto Medrano Portillo has experience in system administration, engineering, and technical support in various companies such as ClearView, SPC Internacional, IPESA, and GBM. Mario has expertise in implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting Symantec and Microsoft tools for endpoint and server infrastructure management. Mario also provided technical support for hardware and software to internal users, managed support queues, and holds a Licentiate degree in Informatics from Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador.
