Topher Sikorra

Topher Sikorra is a Senior Software Development Engineer at Clearwater Analytics, following previous roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Slalom Build. Prior experience includes serving as a Modern UI Consultant at Slalom and as the Founder and Lead Developer of By the Code, LLC, focusing on configuration and custom software development for small businesses. Additionally, Topher worked as an Aerospace Engineer at Sierra Nevada Corporation and held research and teaching assistant positions at the University of Minnesota and George Mason University. Early career experience includes a role as a Security Program Officer at Harding Security Associates and service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, participating in two combat-duty tours in Iraq.
