Karen Mills

Karen Mills has extensive experience in quality assurance and health coaching, currently serving as the Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Clearwater Seafoods LP since March 2022. In addition, Karen has been a Health and Wellness Coach at SASS Health and Wellness From the Inside Out since December 2016 and served as a Mental Wellness Coach from 2019 to March 2022. Previous roles include Quality Specialist at Stelia Aerospace North America Inc., Quality Assurance Manager at Aqualitas Inc., and Director of Quality Assurance at High Liner Foods. An expert in transformational mental wellness coaching, Karen has been recognized in local publications for bodybuilding achievements, effectively integrating this experience into coaching sessions that empower women. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a focus on Animal Science from Nova Scotia Agricultural College.
