Nick H.

Nick H. has extensive experience in technical support and management within various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of the Residential Technical Assistance Center at Clearwave Fiber since July 2021, Nick has previously held roles such as Field Technical Supervisor and Senior Field Technician. Additionally, Nick has been involved with the 55th Combat Communications Squadron since August 2017 in positions including Senior Enlisted Leader and Operations Superintendent. Prior experience includes working as a Senior IT Support Analyst at Lowe's Home Improvement from 2005 to 2021 and Technology Manager at the Boys & Girls Club of Valdosta from 2005 to 2017. Nick's military background includes serving in the United States Air Force from 2002 to 2017 as NCOIC Cyber Transport Systems. Academically, Nick earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Valdosta State University and an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems from Valdosta Technical College, along with a degree in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
