Joshua A. M. has over 10 years of experience in the audio-visual industry. Joshua A. started their career in 2011 as an Audio Visual Technician. In 2016, they joined Encore as a Corporate Rigger. Joshua A. then worked at Production Resource Group as a Video Technician in 2017 and at Solotech Inc. in the same role starting from 2018. In 2019, they worked at Creative Technology and LMG, LLC as a Video Technician. In 2020, they joined Fuse Technical Group in the same role. Joshua A. also has experience as a Camera Operator at Gateway Studios & Production Services starting from 2022. Their most recent role is as a Video Technician at 4Wall Entertainment. Additionally, in 2018, they worked as a Video Technician at Clearwing Productions.

Joshua A. M. completed their education in a variety of fields. Joshua A. attended Blue Valley North High School from 2001 to 2005 and obtained their High School Diploma.

After high school, they pursued further education in computer technology at Broadmoore Technical Center from 2004 to 2005. However, they did not receive a degree from this institution.

In 2005, they enrolled at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they studied Electronics Computer Technology within the field of Information Technology. Their enrollment lasted from 2005 to 2006.

From 2007 to 2008, Joshua pursued an Audio Engineering Certificate at Johnson County Community College. Joshua A. then continued their studies in Audio Engineering at Kansas City Kansas Community College from 2007 to 2012, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree.

Alongside their educational journey, Joshua has also obtained several certifications. Joshua A. received their Aerial Lift Driver License from IATSE 122 in December 2015 and the General Industry Health & Safety certification from Health & Safety Institute (HSI) in June 2018.

More recently, they acquired the COVID-19 Compliance Officer certification from Health Education Services in September 2020 and the Covid-19 Compliance Officer certification from Safe Sets International in December 2020. Lastly, they obtained the ROE LED Technician certification from ROE Visual in February 2021.
