Junichi Otake

Junichi Otake currently serves as Group Creative Director at Sony Pictures Entertainment, focusing on Crunchyroll since June 2024. Additionally, Junichi holds the position of Co-Creator at Joy from LABO, providing consultancy on consumer vision and experience design since August 2023. Previously, as Distinguished Experience Architect at Expedia Group from November 2022 to October 2023, Junichi developed strategic plans aimed at enhancing creative contributions through storytelling. Junichi's extensive tenure at Nike spanned from March 2018 to October 2022, during which various roles included Global Design Director, where efforts were directed towards integrating product narratives into retail experiences and innovating digital design initiatives. Earlier experiences include roles at Huge, AKQA, SapientNitro, and OneMethod, focusing on content creation and interactive experiences.
