Kelsey Schaefer

Kelsey Schaefer, CPA, currently serves as the Assistant Controller at Cleary Building Corp., focusing on costing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable management while overseeing staff activities and functions. With extensive experience in accounting, Kelsey previously held positions such as Accounting Supervisor at The Bruce Company of WI, Inc., where Kelsey provided leadership to a finance and accounting team and facilitated internal controls and efficiency improvements. As a Senior Accountant at Johnson Health Tech North America, Kelsey supported retail operations, and as a Property Accountant at Raymond Management Company, Kelsey handled financial reporting for multiple hotels. Kelsey's early career included roles as a Travel and Expense Administrator and Accounts Payable Specialist at Spectrum Brands, Inc., and additional experience at Parts Now and AJ Restaurant Accounting LLC. Kelsey holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Lakeland University, along with an Associate's degree in Accounting from Madison Area Technical College.
