Erica L. Smith

Erica Smith is Human Resource Generalist for Cleary University. She attended Central Michigan University, earning an undergraduate degree in organizational development and leadership, and a graduate degree in human resource administration.

Smith formerly worked as a benefit and wellness specialist for Sun Communities in Southfield, Mich., and as a human resources generalist for General Motors in Detroit. At Cleary, she loves the welcoming nature of the staff, who work together to ensure students and faculty are successful.
