Norma Simons

Norma Simons serves as the President and owner of Performance Innovation LLC since September 2011. In addition, Norma has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Cleary University since 2008, providing training in Statistics and Management Research for the MBA program. Norma is a Fellow at ASQ, where contributions include volunteering as secretary of the Leadership Team and the Education Division, speaking at conferences, and writing blogs. Previous consultancy roles include training in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement techniques for various organizations such as Piston Group and Autocam. Norma holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from Wayne State University and a B.Sc. in Biology and Chemistry from the University of the West Indies.
