Tosha Brown

Tosha Brown, DM, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Enrollment Management for Detroit Public Safety and as an Associate Professor at Cleary University since January 2022. Concurrently, Tosha is a Senior Consultant at Infosys Consulting in the CIO Advisory sector. With a strong academic presence, Tosha has also been an Adjunct Management Faculty member at Northwood University since March 2014. Previous roles include IT Applications Delivery Manager at Charter Township of Canton, Data Systems Manager for the State of Michigan, and Technology Solutions Manager at Michigan First Credit Union. Tosha has extensive experience in information technology management, having directed IT departments at both Wayne State University and Birmingham Public Schools. Educational credentials include a Doctorate of Management and an MBA, with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems.
