Bhee Jay Arroyo has over 15 years of diverse experience in project control and customer service. Currently serving as a Project Control Coordinator at Cleaver-Brooks since April 2008, Bhee Jay Arroyo manages project controls and contributes to operational efficiency. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Perot Systems, where responsibilities included auditing life insurance policies, maintaining compliance procedures, training staff, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Bhee Jay Arroyo also worked at UNL Mailing and Distribution as a Lead Courier/Dispatcher, overseeing scheduling, training, billing, and customer service activities while managing daily deliveries.
