Ronald Mashaw

Ronald Mashaw has over a decade of experience in mechanical design, currently serving as a Mechanical Designer at Cleaver-Brooks since August 2021. Prior to this role, Ronald held positions including Mechanical Design Engineer at Innovative Fixture Solutions and Lead Mechanical Designer at Ingenium Aerospace LLC, where responsibilities included project design leadership and electromechanical design. Ronald's earlier experience includes roles at Cummins Filtration Inc., Ingenium Aerospace, and various companies where skills in mechanical design and project leadership were developed. Ronald earned an Associate's degree in Mechanical and Structural Design from Massey Business College between 1990 and 1992.
