Joanne McArdle

Joanne McArdle is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background in employee experience and administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Cleaver-Brooks since December 2021, Joanne previously held the position of Coordinator of First Impressions, Employee Experience at UPLevel from March 2021 to December 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Administrator at Curtiss-Wright Corporation from 2014 to December 2020 and as Office Manager at Stratford Accelerator Centre from January 2013 to April 2014. Joanne's career began at Curtiss-Wright Controls-Sensors & Controls, where the role of OPS/Finance/HR Admin was undertaken from 2005 to January 2013. Educational qualifications include studies at Fanshawe College from 2015 to 2016 and attendance at Stratford Central Secondary.
