Laura Cotera Miranda

Laura Cotera Miranda is an experienced HR specialist with a strong focus on payroll and social security. Currently serving as an HR Specialist at CLECE, S.A. since June 2022, Laura is responsible for the preparation and communication of social security matters for a group of companies, along with managing service-related incidents. Previously, Laura held positions as a Payroll Specialist at Securitas Direct by Verisure, where responsibilities included comprehensive payroll management, social security affiliations, and financial settlements. Prior roles also include working at Grupo Elecnor as a Payroll Technician, where Laura calculated employee payroll and managed hiring processes, as well as earlier experience in administrative roles. Laura is pursuing a degree in Labor Relations and Employment at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and holds a higher vocational qualification in Administration and Finance from IES Calderón de la Barca.
