Rebecca Cohenour

Rebecca Cohenour is currently serving as the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Cleerly since July 2023. Prior to that, Rebecca held the position of Senior Counsel at AmerisourceBergen from February 2018 to May 2023. Rebecca also has experience as an Associate General Counsel at Elite Surgical Affiliates and as an Associate at Perkins Coie LLP, Husch Blackwell, and Locke Lord LLP. Rebecca completed their J.D. degree at Wake Forest University School of Law in 2011, following their B.A. in Political Science and Humanities at Wake Forest University in 2008.
