Matthew Gow

Matthew Gow is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and strategic oversight across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Systems Architect & Technology Lead at Clemenger BBDO, Matthew delivers complex projects for key clients. Previously, as Director of Strategy & CTO at Crossroads Foundation, Matthew led long-term strategy development and drove technology innovation for the global charity based in Hong Kong. Matthew also founded GoodCity.HK, a start-up incubated by Crossroads Foundation, and served as Vice President for Global Hand, where significant partnerships were established with the United Nations. With a strong background in systems analysis from roles at ING, SAP, and Hewlett-Packard, Matthew holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology and Marketing from UNSW.
