Ap Anthony Faranda

Anthony Faranda, LEED AP, is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and estimation. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator and Senior Project Manager at Clemens Construction Company since March 2013, notable projects include the 12-story mixed-use high-rise 2021 Chestnut and the 7-story 1128 Chestnut. Previously, at The Resolute Building Company from January 2009 to February 2013, Anthony managed diverse projects such as mixed-use condominiums and educational facility renovations. Anthony's career began at Pat Ionadi Corporation as an estimator, followed by a role at Skanska USA Building Inc., where progression to Project Manager occurred within four years. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from PennWest Clarion.
