Alina Draganescu has had a diverse work experience. In 2012, they worked as a UROP Research at Imperial College London, researching encryption, cryptography, security protocols, and communicating systems. Alina also worked as Bar Staff at Imperial College Union that same year. In 2013, they were a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where they built a monitoring system for checking exchange house connectivity and became familiar with the business and the company. Alina was also an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Imperial College London, where they prepared and ran weekly tutorial sessions for first year Computing Students, and marked and gave feedback on their weekly submitted exercises. In 2015, they became a Software Developer at G-Research. Finally, in 2020, they were a Technical Lead at Clementine.
Alina Draganescu obtained a MEng Joint Mathematics and Computer Science degree from Imperial College London between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Liceul Grigore Moisil Timisoara from 2007 to 2011, studying Mathematics and Computer Science.
