Bill Campbell has worked in a variety of roles since 1979. Theircareer began as a Spinal Cord ICU Nurse at West Roxbury VA Hospital. Bill then moved to Cedar Junction as a Prison Nurse in 1981. In 1982, they took on the role of Vice President Operations at Chaulk Ambulance Service, where they were responsible for overseeing day-to-day company operations, defining and implementing operations strategy, structure, and processes, and managing the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities. In 1988, they began working as a Communication Professional at Norfolk Bristol Ambulance / Worcester-Himmer Ambulance. In 2000, they moved to Police Emergency Radio / ABC Communications as Management. In 2002, they became President at VIP Connections. Finally, in 2016, they took on the role of Business Sales Consultant at Clementine Live Answering Service.

Bill Campbell attended Curyy College from 1976 to 1979, where they studied Nursing Education. Bill then worked as a Nurse at Children's Hospital in Boston. In 1982, they returned to school to pursue a degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Eastern Nazarene College, where they studied until 1984.
