Andrea Diletti

Andrea Diletti has served as the Innovation Leader at Clementoni since February 2013, overseeing various innovation projects, managing the InnoClem Open Innovation platform, and conducting trend hunting in the industry. Diletti has played a key role in environmental sustainability efforts, including achieving ISO 14001 certification and sourcing sustainable materials. In addition to participating in innovation fairs, Andrea has been recognized with several awards, including the ToyAward 2023 and Premio Innovazione SMAU 2021. Diletti is also a Freelance Marketing Consultant for Carp Factor, focusing on digital and brand marketing, and previously worked at Carp-Zone srl and as a trainee in architecture and municipal administration. Educational background includes a master's degree in Environmental Sciences from Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo and a bachelor's degree from the University of Camerino.
