Kathy Bush Hobgood has extensive experience in the field of student auxiliary services and residential life. Kathy has worked at various universities, including Clemson University, where they held multiple leadership roles such as Associate Vice President for Auxiliary Enterprises and Assistant Vice President for Student Auxiliary Services. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing parking and transportation, university housing, campus dining operations, and the university bookstore. Kathy also had financial and operational planning responsibilities and supervised department directors and coordinators. Prior to Clemson University, Kathy worked at Residence Life Cinemas as a consultant and at the University of Florida as an Assistant Director of Residence Life. Kathy has also held roles at Albion College and Western Illinois University, where they supervised and trained residential staff. Kathy's career in student services started at The University of Iowa, where they worked as a Resident Assistant.
Kathy Bush Hobgood received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa, from 1987 to 1991. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Western Illinois University, completing it in 1993.
